Retreat with the Blooming Lilac Sangha of Rochester NY

Our retreat will be at beautiful Mercy Prayer Center next to Highland Park.This will be a silent retreat, although there are opportunities for sharing during Dharma discussion.  In addition, there will be: Guided meditation, Dharma talks, meetings with the teacher, working meditation, singing joyfully, walking meditation outside, and moments for deep reflection. Michael Ciborski has been traveling to upstate New York for 7 years to lead retreats.
