Monthly Individual Calls: Please sign up each month for a personal one-on-one video call (BELOW). Although the time slots are for an hour, the call will only be 45 minutes. Call appointments are available only during the few days prior to our Monthly Group Class. Please click on a day and scroll through the time slots until you find an opening.
